The results of the projects that have benefited from the Foundation's research fellowships are presented during the Journées de la Fondation.
The Banque de France Foundation and the Institut Louis Bachelier are pleased to invite you to their joint conference, on Tuesday November 13, dedicated to the effect of financial disruptions, non-bank corporate funding , and risk and segmented markets.
Thursday 9 November, the conference organized by the Foundation Banque de France in partnership with the Institute Louis Bachelier will gather six presentations of research works on the following topics : “Macro effects of Financial Frictions”, “Default Risk and Loan Supply”, “Inflation Expectations and Interest Risk”. In addition, Richard Portes will present a keynote lecture on “Macroprudential Regulation : Where do we Stand ?”.
The 9th Journées of the Banque de France Foundation were held on 24 and 25 May 2012 at the Banque de France. The Journées of the Foundation provide an opportunity for the economics researchers who have received a grant from the Foundation to present their work in the framework of an international conference. The presentations were made in the three following areas: “monetary policy and prices”; “financial markets”; “financial stability in the global economy”. The panel session, chaired by Deputy-governor Anne Le Lorier, considered the question: “the definition of price stability: which prices should monetary policy stabilise?”
The VIIIe Journées of the Foundation Banque de France took place on 21 and 22 June 2010 dernier in Paris.
